Terence Stoves is an Associate Pastor in a local church who first came to Central Florida Teen Challenge in 1997. He holds his degree in Theology.  "Pastor Terry" as he is commonly known, is the Assistant Director, Spiritual Mentor and Supervisor of the Counseling Team.  His ministry is to lead  people to God so they can live a healthy and victorious Christian life.  He has over 20 years sobriety.  He and his wife of 23 years have five children and four grandchildren.

Ruth Farrell has been a part of the Teen Challenge family since 1996. She was introduced to the ministry through her husband who is a graduate of the program.  Together they directed an adolescent girls program and worked at an adolescent boys center.  She is the Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.  She and her husband have four children and three grandchildren.

Randy was court ordered into the Central Florida Teen Challenge program in 2004.  Through the love and support of staff and family he turned his life over to Christ.  As a way to prevent others from making the same mistake he did, he has remained with the program and now serves as the Program Manager.

Larry Turner is a graduate of the program and has been with Central Florida Teen Challenge since 2001.  Since turning his life over to Christ he has experienced 8 years sobriety.  Larry serves as a Counselor.

Paul Carlson is a 1989 graduate of Teen Challenge Arizona. He works with students through teaching and counseling. Paul also presents Stay Sharp Drug Prevention Program to local public schools.

Katie Jones has been a part of Teen Challenge for 8 years. She was introduced to the organization by her father who went through the program.  Having been saved at age 14 she realized that without Christ her father would never experience healing.  She worked for a Teen Challenge  adolescent program for two years and is currently serving as the Records Administrator.  She is working towards her degree in Psychology.

Tamara Mueller is a 2005 graduate of the Teen Challenge Women’s Center in Columbus, Georgia.  She is a grateful and humble servant of the Lord. She hopes to someday become a Chaplain.  Tamara is the Medical Coordinator who sets up the medical, dental and vision appointments for the students.  She also handles the monthly HIV, TB and Hepatitis screenings.  She and her husband of 25 years have two children and one grandchild on the way.

Malcolm Hudson has been serving the Lord since he graduated in 2008 from Western Michigan Teen Challenge.  He is pursuing his pastoral credentials from the Assemblies of God.  Malcolm is a certified teacher of Personal Studies for New Christians.  He serves as the Accountant Assistant.  


Barbara Taylor

Barbara Taylor is the head of the Family Support Group.  She holds her Ordination through the American Evangelistic Association.  She has served as an Associate Youth Pastor in Kentucky and was the Senior Counselor for a Teen Challenge adolescent girls center. She loves to encourage and educate families and students stating, "It never gets old to watch the power of Jesus Christ transform lives."  She and her husband enjoy spending their free time with their children and grandchildren.

The Lord called Kevin Barnhill to Central Florida Teen Challenge in October 2009 after graduating the program from Western Michigan Teen Challenge in August 2009.  He gave his life to the Lord in July of 2008 and has been faithfully serving Him ever since.  Kevin currently serves as the Intake & Transitional Coordinator helping the new students to comfortably transition from their old life into their new structure at Teen Challenge.

David completed Central Florida Teen Challenge Restoration in Dec 2009. He is now interning as Intake Assistant. David also lead evening devotions with the student body. He is presently in the Emerging Leader Program.

Upon graduating Western Michigan Teen Challenge in December 2009 Jonathon began interning for Central Florida Teen Challenge. He is presently in the Emerging Leader Program and he works in the Operations Department.
